University of Alberta Indigenous Research Symposium
Annual Event - TBD 2027
The University of Alberta Indigenous Research Symposium will focus on the importance of the Indigenous Research Life Cycle. Topics include Pre-Engagement (building Community relationships and co-creating research with communities), Indigenous Data Sovereignty (Indigenous control of data and sovereignty principles), and Publishing and dissemination (Accessibility, cultural protocols, and community empowerment).
