Gain work paid work experience in the field of climate change adaptation with the Adaptation Resilience Training (ART) program! 

Participants in ART, called Project Assistants (or PAs) work full-time with a host organization in Alberta for 8 months on a project which contributes to climate change adaptation. ART offers a variety of projects covering various aspects of climate change adaptation. PAs will gain professional work experience applying their knowledge and skill sets to this crucial problem. 

Positions in the ART program start in September 2023. The ART program is open to both current students, and recent graduates, from accredited post-secondary institutions in Alberta. From both undergraduate and graduate programs. Recent graduates for this year are defined as having graduated after May 2021.

2023-24 ART positions will be posted in June 2023. Please sign up for our office’s newsletter to be notified when the projects are available.
