MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND ENRICH YOUR LEARNING

Volunteer with the Sustainability Council!

The Sustainability Council Volunteer Program is a hub for volunteer opportunities from our office and from our partners across campus. Get involved with a community that has been working on sustainability initiatives on campus for over a decade. Volunteering is a great opportunity to contribute while learning valuable skills and gaining knowledge in sustainability. No prior experience required!

Volunteering pays back!

  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Discounted registration for events like the Foundations Summit for Sustainability and Leadership (FSSL).
  • Volunteer with Sustainability Council partners.
  • Annual volunteer appreciation event.
  • Meet faculty, staff and interns doing innovative on-campus research.
  • Expand your network and make lasting friendships.

Diverse volunteer opportunities

Our volunteers contribute to many projects throughout the year, including Week of Welcome, Open House, the Foundations Summit for Sustainability and Leadership (FSSL), and the Campus Sustainability Leaders Awards. There are additional opportunities to volunteer with our partners on campus.
