On March 20, 2020 a number of changes were made to the University of Alberta's normal academic practices in order to set our students up for continued academic success in the wake of this global pandemic.

These changes were made to ensure equity among all of our students and include moving to a credit (CR) or no credit (NC) grade for all Winter 2020 courses. This means that no letter grades will be assigned. The university will also make a note on transcripts to indicate this grading scheme reflects the university's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Other changes have been made that affect final exams/assessments, course outlines, academic standing and the course withdrawal deadline.

These changes apply to every Faculty throughout the University of Alberta, including Augustana Faculty. Please note that the Augustana-specific withdrawal deadline is April 20, 2020, instead of April 8, 2020. All of the information otherwise applies to all Augustana students.
