Memberships
The Wilson Climbing Centre offers both recurring (i.e. monthly auto-withdrawal), and fixed-term climbing memberships for purchase. Application for membership must be completed at the front desk of the Wilson Climbing Centre.
Fixed Term Memberships can only be purchased at the time of application, with a one-time, lump-sum payment, that reflects the full price of the chosen membership

Recurring Memberships
- Applying for a recurring membership requires the authorization of the Wilson Climbing Centre to charge a bank or Visa/MasterCard/Amex account on the 1st or 15th of each month.
- To discontinue a recurring membership, a membership cancellation form must be submitted, IN PERSON, at the Wilson Climbing Centre front desk, at least 7 DAYS PRIOR to the desired date of membership cancellation. (For example, if I wish my cancellation to become effective September 1st, I must fill out the appropriate form at the Wilson Climbing Centre on or before August 25.)
- Missing this cancellation window will result in another automatic withdrawal taken from the chosen account, for the upcoming month
- Non-refundable auto-withdrawals will continue until a cancellation form is submitted in person (these are non-refundable)
- It is the patron's responsibility to inform the Wilson Climbing Centre about any changes made to linked credit-card/bank accounts, after the membership application.
- The Wilson Climbing Centre WILL CONTINUE TO attempt charging accounts/cards on file (even if deactivated, stolen, etc.)
- After 2 "missed membership payments", the patron will have a block placed on their account, preventing them from using ALL VVC facilities UNTIL THE MISSED PAYMENTS ARE PAID OFF IN FULL (at the Wilson Climbing Centre front desk).
