Consider booking our speciality gaming spaces as part of your group event! Whether you are with the UofA or not, we welcome inquiries for our spaces.  


  1. Email for your Group Booking inquiry.
  2. Our Gaming Programs Staff will respond within 2 business days.
  3. Gaming Programs Staff will facilitate your booking request including scheduling staff, confirming dates / times, and preparing your gaming requests.
  4. Once a Group Booking is confirmed, a facility booking contract will be sent.
  5. Group Bookings payments must be completed at least 2 business days prior to the booking event date.
  6. All Group Bookings will have a Gaming Programs Staff at your event to support set-up, monitoring, and take-down.


  • Digital Games Den | $78.10 / hour Facility Fee + $20.00 / hour Staffing Fee = $98.10 / hour
  • Board Games Den | $78.10 / hour Facility Fee + $20.00 / hour Staffing Fee = $98.10 / hour

  • Board Games Den | 12 people + overflow 'break-out' room of 16 people = 28 people maximum
    • No additional charge for use of overflow ' break-out' room
