Multiple-Choice Question Writing Workshop
Description
A team of FoMD faculty members are offering a workshop on Assessing & Writing Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). This is an Item-Writing Workshop. The purpose of this workshop is to help clinical teachers develop questions for their own respective exams and/or the skills to write MCQ questions for different contexts.
Objectives
- Appreciate the value of well-written MCQ assessment 'items'
- Apply the basic rules for writing One-Best Answer MCQ's
- Create effective clinical vignettes for One-Best answer MCQ's
- Generate, critique and revise questions in a small group setting

Clinical Teachers in all FoMD education programs
