Wellness Wednesdays


Wellness Wednesday is a free 50 minute workshop. Sessions are drop-in and are free for students and staff/faculty. Our goal is to raise student awareness on various healthy living practices and general wellness topics. These classes often involve a classroom component and physical activity/movement. Be prepared to move. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Enjoy some free snacks to recharge for the day and win some CCR swag!

These are drop in sessions. No registration required. Due to room capacity limits, participants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Remember to bring your OneCard!

Wellness Wednesday - Rabbit Rejuvenation

Indulge in the therapeutic embrace of furry friends with CCR "Rabbit Rejuvenation" in collaboration with Hoppy Acres Rabbitry! As you engage in this heartwarming experience, you'll find that the gentle presence of these furry companions provides a welcome respite, and a perfect study break.

Wellness Wednesday - Mindful March

Wednesday, March 27 | 12:00 - 1:00pm | VVC Student Lounge

Take a break from your busy schedule and join us for a mindful walking session. Stroll through the refreshing surroundings, connect with nature, and allow your mind to unwind. Mindful walking is a great way to center yourself and bring focus to the present moment. Sip on a warm cup of delicious hot chocolate while engaging in meaningful conversations with fellow participants. Participants will meet at VVC, Student Lounge, before embarking on a 30 minute walk around campus. Walk will start at 12:10 PM. Be sure to wear a jacket and comfortable walking shoes
