WellTrack Boost

WellTrack Boost is a free online self-help program for all University of Alberta students who want to learn more about coping with stress, anxiety, and depression.

How to access WellTrack Boost

  1. Visit ualberta.welltrack.com
  2. Create a personal account using your ualberta CCID.
  3. Watch for an email from support@mywelltrack.com to confirm your account.

MoodCheck, the companion mobile app to WellTrack Boost, provides users with a quick and easy way to check their mood while on the go and is available for free from the Apple App Store and from Google Play for Android.
