WellTrack

WellTrack is a free online self-help program for all University of Alberta students who want to learn more about coping with stress, anxiety, and depression.

Highlights

  • Use WellTrack on its own or in conjunction with mental health therapy.
  • Assess your personal well-being knowing your personal information will remain secure and anonymous.
  • Gain access to personalized resources, relaxation exercises, mood tracking tools, and coping strategies designed to help you change your thoughts and behaviors.

How to access WellTrack

  1. Visit ualberta.welltrack.com
  2. Create a personal account using your ualberta CCID.
  3. Watch for an email from support@mywelltrack.com to confirm your account.

MoodCheck, the companion mobile app to WellTrack, provides users with a quick and easy way to check their mood while on the go, and is available for free from the Apple App Store and from Google Play for Android.

Any personal information collected by WellTrack is secure and confidential. It will not be shared with the University of Alberta nor will it be shared with any mental health clinicians. The information you provide will be used only for the purpose of personalizing your WellTrack mental health programming needs.
