The provincial government has provided funding to bring speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physical therapy master’s programs to Augustana Campus (offered by the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine). These are high-demand healthcare programs in rural Alberta and these programs will train healthcare workers in a rural-based area and respond to community needs.

A portion of the lower level of the Augustana Campus library will be converted into classrooms and labs to accommodate these new programs, which begin intake in Fall 2024.
