Procurement updates for February 2022

The Procurement and Contract Management (PCM) team met with senior administrators last week to share progress on early user onboarding to Groupize as well as ongoing implementation of changes to the purchasing process that will be in effect on April 1, 2022. One key change on April 1 is that the use of preferred suppliers will be mandatory; for more information, PCM released an article last week on the value of purchasing through preferred suppliers.
