Contracts/Agreements review completed

The stream has completed its review of the Contracts/Agreements processes and will soon be presenting the results to the VPRI team. This review aimed to identify potential improvements as well as streamline activities to rebalance the workload of the Contracts/Agreements team which has been coping with significant staff reductions and a high volume of work. Some of the recommendations will play a significant role in adjusting processes for a better workflow.
