Congratulations to St. Peter the Apostle Catholic High School - 2024 Alberta High School Ethics Bowl Champions

A great event for students, judges and spectators alike!
Eight teams (approximately 90 students in all) competed in the 2024 Alberta High School Ethics Bowl hosted by the University of Alberta, March 9th, 2024. Each team had spent months preparing with their coaches, working on each case, and planning their ethical analyses with the goal of qualifying for the National High School Ethics Bowl finals.
Team Leonidas from St. Peter the Apostle Catholic High School in Spruce Grove stood up to their talented competition, winning all four of their tournament matches and clinching the provincial championship. They will move on to represent Alberta at the National Finals at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg, May 1-4. Second place went to Minorities When Convenient from Archbishop O’Leary Catholic High School in Edmonton.
