The Community Exercise Transition program works to support increased independence, foster self-determination and promote inclusion for people experiencing disability through physical activity, fitness and sport. We provide physical activity and fitness opportunities for children and youth from 4 to 19 years of age who are experiencing physical, sensory or developmental impairments. With instruction from Adapted Physical Activity Consultant, Free2BMe programs are designed to support participants in developing skills and knowledge towards health and wellness while asserting autonomy and independence in a fun and social environment.
