Student Services Service Catalogue
Following collaboration and consultation with subject matter experts and leaders across the university, the Student Services service catalogue is ready to be shared publicly. We encourage you to review this document and discover where services and processes will fall within the service delivery areas of the operating model. Please keep in mind that this is a high-level, living document that will evolve as the vision and future of student services at the university becomes more established and concrete.
Updates for hiring
As part of the Service Excellence Transformation (SET) program, a number of talent acquisition services have moved into the Shared Services unit. Shared Services has launched several process improvements in partnership with Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment (HRHSE) to streamline the hiring process for university faculty, staff and foreign nationals.
Ask SET Anything: Student Services Edition
Join us for another edition of our Ask SET Anything series on Monday, February 7, 2022 from 3 to 4 p.m. This event is for staff to ask questions, share feedback, and discover more about student services in the new operating model as well as learn more about next steps for the vision.
