Brian Gerbrandt Memorial Graduate Scholarship in Engineering
Eligibility
- Superior Academic Achievement
- Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering - Master of Science degree program
- Nominee must be in their first year of a MSc program
- Nominee must be pursuing studies in crane and rigging, heavy construction, structure erection, assembling, connection or lifting
- Awarded on the basis of superior academic achievement
- Preference given to nominees whose area of research is crane-supporting methods, including crane load distribution
- If no suitable nominee is found in any given year, the scholarship will not be awarded
- Open to Canadian citizens.
- Open to permanent residents.
- Open to foreign nationals holding Canadian study permits.
- Open to applicants in masters programs.
- Open to applicants in course-based study programs.
- Open to applicants in thesis-based study programs.
How to apply
By nomination only. Students should contact their department for details on their application process. Nominations are submitted to GPS by the Department (or Faculty). The Graduate Scholarship Committee makes the final decision.
