Eligibility

  • Department of Occupational Therapy
  • Nominee must have completed at least the first year of a master's program
  • Nominee must be undertaking research in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation
  • Awarded on the basis of high academic standing
  • Full-time registered students will be given preference
  • This award may be held only once
  • Recipients of the scholarship will be invited to tour the Chrysalis facility in Edmonton
  • GPS defines the term "Session" as Fall semester, Winter semester, Spring/Summer semester (sometimes referred to as Intersession) for the purposes of this award
  • Open to Canadian citizens.
  • Open to permanent residents.
  • Open to foreign nationals holding Canadian study permits.
  • Open to applicants in masters programs.
  • Open to applicants in course-based study programs.
  • Open to applicants in thesis-based study programs.


How to apply

By nomination only. Students should contact their department for details on their application process. Nominations are submitted to GPS by the Department (or Faculty). The Graduate Scholarship Committee makes the final decision.
