Dr Ronald Micetich Memorial Graduate Scholarship
Eligibility
- Superior Academic Achievement (equivalent to first class standing at the U of A - GPA of 3.5 or greater)
- Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Nominee must be conducting research in the area of pharmaceutical sciences
- Awarded on the basis of superior academic achievement (equivalent to first class standing at the U of A - GPA of 3.5 or greater)
- When considering an application from a student who has held the award previously, the selection committee will take research output in the form of publications and presentations/abstracts into consideration
- Preference will be given to an international student
- A student may apply, in open competition, to hold the scholarship for up to four additional years
- In considering a student for the scholarship, the selection committee may take financial need into consideration
- Open to Canadian citizens.
- Open to permanent residents.
- Open to foreign nationals holding Canadian study permits.
- Open to applicants in doctoral programs.
- Open to applicants in thesis-based study programs.
How to apply
By nomination only. Students should contact their department for details on their application process. Nominations are submitted to GPS by the Department (or Faculty). The Graduate Scholarship Committee makes the final decision.
