Economics Society of Northern Alberta MA Scholarship in Economics
Eligibility
- Open to full-time registered students only
- Superior Academic Standing (minimum GPA of 3.5) in the fall term of the first year of program registration
- MA degree program in the Department of Economics
- The scholarship is intended to provide financial support to the recipients during the completion of their Directed Research Project
- In selecting the recipient of the scholarship, the department may take financial need into consideration
- Open to Canadian citizens.
- Open to permanent residents.
- Open to foreign nationals holding Canadian study permits.
- Open to applicants in masters programs.
- Open to applicants in course-based study programs.
- Open to applicants in thesis-based study programs.
How to apply
By nomination only. Students should contact their department for details on their application process. Nominations are submitted to GPS by the Department (or Faculty). The Graduate Scholarship Committee makes the final decision.
