We are pleased to announce that three of our professors have been awarded SSHRC Standard Research Grants in this year's competition. Cressida Heyes conducts a project on "Practicing Bodies: Feminism and the Subject of Freedom". Chloë Taylor's grant is on "L'expérience du corps chez Foucault: santé, sexualité, alimentation et animalité" (Bodily Experience in Foucault: Health, Sexuality, Food, and Animality). The topic of Amy Schmitter's project is "Passion and Representation in Early Modern Philosophy".
