Martha Cook Piper Research Prize to Ingo Brigandt

Assistant Professor Ingo Brigandt has been awarded a Martha Cook Piper Research Prize by the University of Alberta.

The Department of Philosophy is pleased to announce that Dr. Ingo Brigandt has been awarded a Martha Cook Piper Research Prize by the University of Alberta. The Piper Prize, one of which is awarded each year in the sciences and engineering and one of which is awarded in the humanities, social sciences, law, education, and fine arts, is intended to "recognize faculty members who are at the early stage of their careers, enjoy a reputation for original research, and show outstanding promise as researchers". The recipient receives a commemorative plaque and a $3000 cash award. Congratulations to Ingo on this well deserved honour.
