Outage RESOLUTION
2025/04/03 08:20 - IST Support teams have resolved the login issues, eClass users should be able to login again. IST Support teams will continue to monitor the service. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked through this service outage.
2025/04/03 07:45 - IST Support teams are are investigating an error when users are trying to log into eClass. The error is Exception - METADATANOTFOUND('%ENTITYID%' => 'https://login.ualberta.ca/saml2/idp/metadata.php') We will provide an update as soon as possible.
