GSB 2-10 Walk-Up Support Closure

Beginning in March 2020, Information Services and Technology (IST) adapted to providing IT support remotely, where possible, to resolve support requests. Use of remote support has been an effective and efficient method of providing support to the U of A community. As staff, students, and faculty transition back to campus, IST will continue to prioritize use of remote support, where and when it makes the most sense. As a result, we have closed our IST in-person walk-up support space in GSB 2-10 and IT support will no longer be offered there.
