Classical History Tour Costs

The Classical History and Literature tour is offered during the Winter semester, 3 week block. A Mandatory Instructional Support Fee (MIS fee) will be charged in addition to regular University Tuition.

THE MIS FEE INCLUDES:

• 12 nights accommodation in country.
• Daily breakfast.
• Five dinners.
• In-country transportation.
• Winery visit.

THE MIS FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• University of Alberta tuition.
• International Airfare (approx $ 1,500 - $2,000).
• Airplane ticket from Athens to Catania.
• Canadian passport.
• Travel Health insurance (mandatory).
• Return transportation from Augustana (or place of origin) to the Edmonton International Airport.
• Phone and internet access while in Greece and Italy.
• Pocket money.

The estimated MIS fee for the Classical History and Literature Tour is approximately $3,500 - $4,500.
