Mental Health Supports for Students

Students experience a variety of stressors and challenges that are particular to academic life. When considering these demands in a larger context (i.e. personal and work life), mental health can become an area of struggle for many students.

The mental well-being of students at the U of A is the responsibility of the whole community - all individuals, services, groups, and programs contribute to student mental health.
