The Division of Gastroenterology / Centre of Excellence for Gastrointestinal Inflammation and Immunity Research were selected as 1 of 10 centres to be showcased at the recent Digestive Disease Week (DDW) Conference held in Washington, DC from May 16-19 (2015). They were the only Canadian centre to be selected.
The recognition that CEGIIR received being selected as a key research/clinical site focused on inflammation at the Digestive Disease Week annual conference (http://www.ddw.org/) was and is extremely exciting and provided international exposure.
