Last night "Embroidered Memories", curated by Larisa Sembaliak Cheladyn, was officially unveiled at Oseredok Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Centre in Winnipeg. Larisa Sembaliak Cheladyn is a PhD student in Media & Cultural Studies and her exhibit is inspired by her Master's thesis "The 1000 Pillow Project".

This exhibit features over 750 embroidered pillows created by 150 Ukrainian Canadian artisans and it runs until November 24, 2018.

We look forward to seeing this exhibit in Edmonton in the new year.
