U of A Residents & Undergraduate Medical Students
University of Alberta Internal Medicine residents or medical students, who would like to experience our Dermatology program first-hand, can apply to do an elective with us.

Out-of-Province Undergraduate Medical Students
All out-of-province undergraduate medical student electives must be arranged through the AFMC Student Portal at least 10 weeks before the elective start date.
Out-of-Province Residents
If you are a resident applying from an outside University, please send the In-coming Elective form, along with a letter from your Program Director, to Réanne Lobay (mednderm@ualberta.ca) for signature.
*Please note ONLY UDC electives are booked through our office. Community dermatologists in private offices outside of the UDC need to be contacted directly and listings can be found on the CPSA directory.
