Open to: All students - The program is intended for students in bachelor or master's programs in life sciences, agriculture, food, nutrition, public health, dietetics from an accredited institution.

Level: Undergraduate, Graduate

Program Information

Students will receive *3 UofA credit. Course content includes:

Psychological factors in food choices / sensory analysis lab
Bread baking workshop; cheese making workshop
Experimenting w/ different cooking techniques
Cooking and health: cancer patients, diabetes, cardio vascular diseases, immune disorders
Course related excursions: famers' market, fish farm, Alain Ducasse landmarks
Chracterization of nutritional loss during food processing
Lectures are integrated in the workshops

Fees and Costs

Education Abroad Nomination Fee: $250

Tuition: EXCH 811 Registartion for *3 approx $750.

General fees & costs: €2,300 (approx. $3400)

Included in the fees: On campus housing in double room, breakfast, one way transfer from Paris CDF airport to UniLaSalle Campus, all field trips and transportation.

Students are responsible for their flights, passport/visa, insurance, additional meals, expenses and return costs.
