- Together with all other new students, you will have the opportunity to participate in an Orientation Week with all kinds of activities (study-related, social and fun, cultural, sports, parties, etc.)
- All exchange students will be assigned a buddy who will not only guide them through the first few weeks at Tilburg, but who will also organize dinner get-togethers every few weeks. They will help you find your way around campus, the city of Tilburg and life in the Netherlands in general.
- Belgium is only 10km away--you can even see it from the top floor of one of the tallest buildings on campus!

Eligibility Requirements

You will need to have completed at least 1.5 years of an undergraduate education before the start of your exchange at Tilburg University.
Students having only a Chinese passport will need to submit a TOEFL certificate (550/213/80 scores on paper/computer/internet-based version of test) or an IELTS certificate (6.0 overall score and at least 5.5 on individual parts) for the Tilburg part of their exchange application in order to be considered for the exchange.
Some programs and faculties at Tilburg might have certain restrictions or higher eligibility requirements than those set by UAlberta.
