Lease types

Annual term lease ending on July 31 of each year (the first lease is 11 months in length and renewals are 12 months). Multiple-occupancy units are rented to one primary leaseholder who must be a UAlberta student (only one person per unit need apply)

Eastern Ascent

Eastern Ascent is the Residence Services upper-year student orientation program specifically designed for students living in our East Campus residences. Eastern Ascent was implemented to enable residents to become comfortable in their new living environment, develop peer connections and become better oriented to the Edmonton community and campus.
