Introduction:
Özyeğin University is an entrepreneurial research university located in the historical city of Istanbul. It has two campuses. OzU city campus (Altunizade) for graduate programs is centrally located on the Asian side of Istanbul, very close to the Bosphorus bridge connecting the Asian continent with the European one. OzU main undergraduate campus is located in Çekmeköy, which is located approximately 30-40 minutes from Altunizade, serviced by university shuttle buses. It is the first Turkish university campus with a LEED certificate, an internationally recognized certification system for green buildings.
The Founding Rector of Özyegin University is a former professor at the Alberta School of Business and OzU is an important new partner in an exciting, vibrant region of the world. OzU offers a wide variety of programs taught completely in English including Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Management Information Systems on the undergraduate level and an MBA program through its Graduate School of Business. OzU boasts a wide network of business practitioners and executives who facilitate guest lectures, seminars, site visits, and other events.
