Cost: $1200 + GST
Registration for the summit includes all courses, breakfast and lunch for two days, and a welcome reception event on March 14 from 5 to 7 pm. Accommodations are not included in the Summit fee though discounted room booking codes are available.

March 14:
This day will include an interactive, expert-guided simulation within Organizational Development where current Executive Certificate in Municipal Leadership participants, Municipal Leadership program (previously known as the CMML) alumni, and current municipal leaders from across Alberta will be participating. The workshop will be expertly guided by Drew Bird and Karen Bowen from the EQ Development Group.
A welcome reception will be held for all Summit attendees starting at 5 p.m.
March 15:
A full day of core Municipal Leadership program elements with instructor Karen Bowen. We will delve into emotional intelligence, employee engagement, team building, change management, and conflict resolution.
