Share your feedback for workplace skills curriculum development

Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment (HRHSE) recognizes the evolving learning and development needs of staff and faculty. We are conducting a needs analysis to identify transferable workplace skills needed by all U of A staff and faculty. Your feedback is critical in helping HRHSE develop a workplace skills curriculum that meets the needs of our campus community. The sessions created in response to the needs analysis will address critical transferable workplace skills, and will complement other learning and development programming offered by HRHSE, such as leadership development. The sessions will be practical in nature and will support participants with knowledge, tools, and resources for immediate application within their work.
Please take 10 minutes to complete this survey. If you supervise staff, please also share the survey with your team to help ensure that the sessions meet the needs of all employees. Survey participants will be invited to participate in focus groups that will inform the curriculum development for new workplace skills sessions to be launched in October. The survey closes on June 17.
