The COVID-19 pandemic, changing operational needs, improvements in the use of technology and acceptance of a different model of working have created the opportunity to explore a flexible, long-term remote work structure for some of our employees.

The formalization of the Work From Home Program will result in a combination of working on-campus and working from home, creating a hybrid workplace.
