What to Expect at the Airport in Your Home Country

- travel and contact information
- quarantine plan (if applicable)
- Vaccine information
- COVID-19 symptom self-assessments
Health Checks
Before you board a flight to Canada, the airline will conduct necessary health checks with you.
Air operators will screen your temperature at the point of departure. Learn more.
If your health check reveals that you have a high temperature and you are unable to provide a medical certificate explaining your illness is not COVID-19, you will not be allowed to board the plane. The air operator will instruct you to re-book in 14 days and provide additional health information.
