Undergraduate Study

UAlberta offers 200+ undergraduate programs across 18 faculties, and is home to 400+ research laboratories. Many programs offer paid co-op work or internship placements, both in Canada and in other countries.

Thirteen on-campus residences provide a home for students where they study. Students can participate in over 450 student clubs and groups during their time at UAlberta.

Every year over $28 million (CAD) is offered to students in scholarships, awards, and financial support.

Each year, the University of Alberta welcomes more than 200 exchange students from around the world.

Our formal exchange agreements allow students to take undergraduate or graduate coursework at UAlberta, which often can then be transferred back to their degree at their home institution.
