Application Deadlines

Most UAlberta MBA Programs have one intake each year (Fall Term). With our Part-Time MBA program (including FastTrack), we have both a Winter Term (January) and Fall Term start. We do not have specific rounds of admission, instead, applications are evaluated on a rolling basis.

Once complete, your application will be reviewed by the MBA Admission Committee. Please note, you can complete the initial online application prior to submitting supporting documents to the MBA Office. As admissions are completed on a rolling basis, it is strongly advised to apply early!

Study Permit Applications
Study permit applications are made through Citizenship & Immigration Canada. Permit application processing times do vary based on the visa office you would be applying through. Please make note of these processing times and take these into account in determining when to complete your application. We strongly encourage all students requiring a study permit to apply early for MBA admission and to apply for their study permit once admitted.

Open: October 1, 2023
Close for International Students: March 1, 2024
Close for Domestic Students: May 1, 2024

Executive MBA

Close: May 1, 2024
