Event Space Booking Request Form
The following form can be used to request a booking for the Katz Group Centre Atrium / Mezzanine or the Li Ka Shing Centre Lobby / Oborowsky Degner Seminar Hall. Once you submit the form an email will be sent to the Office of the Dean of Medicine and Dentistry. Your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted regarding the availability of the space and the status of your request.
Should your request be approved your event will be expected to abide by the requirements set out on the Event and Meeting Space Management in the Faculty page.
If you are looking to book the Katz Group Centre Allard Family Lecture Theatre Hall (Katz 1080) from Monday to Friday during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.), please contact the Undergraduate Medical Education office by email at ume.bookings@ualberta.ca.
For any bookings of the Katz Group Centre Allard Family Lecture Theatre Hall (Katz 1080) outside business hours and/or on weekends, please book with the Office of the Registrar through their Central Room Bookings home page or contact them through their email at rocebook@ualberta.ca.
