Coaching in Action: Coaching Out of the Box

We offer the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program from Coaching Out of the Box. In this program, you will start on building your coaching skills with practical approaches to coaching, including listening with intent and the art of powerful questions for the purposes of moving to action.

Crucial Conversations

Crucial Conversations® teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), participants surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on their decisions with unity and commitment.

All courses run from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please note, that the first session of each cohort begins at 12:30 pm

Coaching in Healthcare (CiHC) | Offered through Thought Architects

Coaching in Healthcare (CiHC) is a highly practical coaching skills course that was designed for the practice of medicine. This 19-hour MOC Section 3 (19 hours)/Mainpro (38 hours) accredited course is designed to provide the skills for your work beyond substantive expertise, and enhances your skills to strengthen peer, patient, and student relationships, foster effective interactions and create thriving workplaces. How you communicate with others is the keystone - the skills often called "coaching".

Integrating Coaching into Practice: Cognitive Coaching

Cognitive Coaching offers the ability to deepen and integrate the skills of coaching into all facets of your work and life. Rooted in neuroscience, this 40-hour program will cover the science of coaching, help you identify and address the cognitive needs of others, deepen your listening skills, use questions to support shifts in cognition, and lead someone through a reflection for learning, a plan for success and resolving an issue.
