Leadership Skills
We offer several leadership development programs:
Dare to Lead™ Course (based on the research of Brené Brown)
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armoured leadership to daring leadership.
Next course: Begins September 26 and continues until November 21, 2023 (no class October 31) I 4:30 to 7:00 pm MT
Crucial Conversations
Crucial Conversations® teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), participants surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on their decisions with unity and commitment.
Next session: Friday, September 29, 8:30-3:30 & October 14, 9:00-3:30 pm
