  • Changes to general holiday pay

    Based on Alberta employment standards and collective agreement changes, we are modifying how we apply general holiday pay.

  • Benefit cost rates have been updated, effective April 1, 2022

    The university pays monthly costs for health coverage, income protection, and more. Rates are reviewed on an annual basis and any updates or changes to rates are effective and published April 1st. 

  • Pension rates reduced for 2022

    Reduced contribution rates for the Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP) and Universities Academic Pension Plan (UAPP) have been announced. The reduced rates do not impact the pension benefits an employee will receive when they retire.
