Incoming Electives

How to Apply for an Incoming Elective:

1. Contact the program that you wish to pursue an elective in to see if they are able to accommodate your request.
   
   
2. Once confirmed with the program, complete the In-Coming Elective Registration Form and send it back to the program (along with supporting documents) for Program Director signature.
   
   
3. Canadian Applicants: Submit the form and supporting documents at least 3 months prior to the beginning of the elective.
   
   
4. International Applicants: Submit the form and supporting documents at least 6 months prior to the beginning of the elective.
   
   
5. Send your signed and completed form to the PGME Office for processing.
