MD Career Planning

The Career Planning Committee is dedicated to assisting undergraduate medical students in their future career choices.

Career planning is designed to facilitate the decision-making process by providing information and support, and decreasing the stress associated with choosing a career.
Career planning involves several services across all four years of the program, including:
  • Career advising
  • Elective planning
  • CaRMs application support
  • Annual Residency fairs
  • Lectures on topics such as electives and CV writing.

Who should I contact?

Dr Beth Pedersen, Dr Cheryl Goldstein, and Dr Sarah Burton-MacLeod are available to meet with undergraduate MD students for career advice.
