Resource Planning is now using a ticketing system to assist in tracking and logging uPlan requests.
Please carefully read the below descriptions to determine whether your request classifies as an "Incident" ticket or a "Request" ticket. From there, click the corresponding link that follows to begin creating your ticket.
Incident Tickets
Submit an incident ticket if you need to report a login, process, or system navigation issue with uPlan.
