SEARCH PROCESS

Deans + Senior Executive Searches

Faculty Dean, College Dean and Vice-Provost searches are led by Faculty Relations (FR) in the Office of the Provost and Vice-President (Academic). These searches operate as a recruitment process that can be aided by an external search firm. For more information on the dean selection processes, visit the Selection and Review website.

Searches for the university’s Vice-Presidents follow the Vice-Presidential Search Procedure  and these positions are initiated and selected by the President's Office.

Non-academic Executive Searches

Non-academic executive searches (e.g. Vice-President, Associate Vice-President, Executive Director, Director) are initiated by the hiring manager and operate as a recruitment process that can be managed by an external search firm on behalf of the university.
