Continue to meet regularly as their leader

  • Debrief training, meetings and events.
  • Discuss competencies and identify new and emerging needs.

Continue performance development

  • Continue providing regular feedback.
  • Revisit work expectations and standards.
  • Schedule performance appraisal and probation review meetings, as appropriate.
  • Continue peer coach check-ins bi-weekly.
